Waited 2 months to get a cavity filled only to have them call me less than 20 hours before my appointment and tell me they have to reschedule for another 2 months out.
Update: After rescheduling me and making me wait nearly 4 months they have now told me they won't do any more dental care for me. 4 months I waited. They do not care about their patients. I could have spent that time finding someone else.

We love Chapman dental both Wheeling and New Martinsville offices are great! Dr. Nelson in Wheeling is AMAZING. Always so kind, professional, explains things so
You always know whats going on. At first
My daughter then 5 now 6 was afraid so they took extra care to make sure it wasnt traumatizing for her, and she geta as much done as she can in the visit, but always makes sure my daughter is ok with it and me which I appreciate. She is consistently making sure she is feeling ok and feeling no pain, and praises her as much as she checks on her. As a mother that is very nice to see and hear. And for the child makes them feel like they are being listened to and heard. She actually loves going to the dentist now even to get fillings. 100% recommend.

Absolutely the WORST dentist for CHILDREN. We will not return to this practice for any reason what so ever.
These people should NOT be allowed to work on a childs mouth- people like the ones at this practice are the BIGGEST reason for childhood trauma when it comes to dental work. I know this from experience!
The way the dentist talks to a 6 year old child that wasnt even moving is absurd- she and the entire practice should be ashamed of themselves. I hope they feel big and tall after telling children to shut up and breathe through their nose because the mirror is fogging up & theres not reason for them to cry. Words cannot explain the blatant disrespect given by this office.
We will be following up with our attorney- turning over the video that was recorded & move as far forward with this as humanly possible. The amount of distress this has caused.
