I never do a review but the lady at this location has 0 customer service skills at all.. Have rented many times for north to south or east to west 4 to 6 day drives. Picked up truck in Maine. They gave me no paperwork at all never asked for DL or insurance. Got to WV unloaded and cleaned and they I was told that when I got it it was full but it was not. (Probably why no paperwork). Had to call corporate as both front tires where worn out to nothing as we could not go over 45 50 mph for the last 6 hours of the trip. So 1 day delay waiting for a service man show up to replace both front tires with the front end still messed up.. I would have never guessed I or anyone would be treated this way from a location..

The people were extremely nice. The truck was clean & ran like a champ. I drove from Florida to West Virginia. Never had a bit of trouble. Gas mileage was great. No hidden fees. It was an over all great experience! I would recommend Penske to anyone!

It was a good price and mileage. But the truck itself sucked it would only get 20 to 25 miles an hour with an emnpty cab and towing a car. So I understand (my son a cdl driver) frustration with this truck I drove it for almost 3 hours (just to get the truck taken back) that you can in a regular car in an hour or less. Moving we left almost 10 hours after my son and we reached our destination at the same time. Shame! Please upgrade your trucks!
