It has been absolutely hellacious trying to get Municipal Mutual to help us after our home flooded. They NEVER answer the phone, and when they do they have extremely poor customer service. I had to report them to the OIC just to get a call back 2 WEEKS after my home was ripped apart. We have paid them for 3 years since buying our home and this is the first disaster weâ€™ve had. I refuse to give them another dime. We will soon be switching companies.
