They left us sitting in the cold for 3 hours with no other customers in the office. Once we were admitted our so called tax professional stayed on his personal cell phone with his wife. Never greeted us. Never explained anything. Refused to answer any question we had. Then proceeded to charge us $400.00 for your service. We will NEVER BE BACK. If there was a zero star option would have picked it.
