John H. Bryan, Attorney at Law

Update on my thoughts about him. Even thought he won’t help me in any case I have I now understand how hard lawyers have to work so I’ll change this it won’t let me delete it. I went in for a consultation . Paid $250.00 for an hour . He had already seen my info I had faxed it to his office two week prier. After rescheduling with me twice he showed up over 30 min late. The time I spent with him ( less then 30 min) he never seemed interested in what I had to say . He told me my case wasn’t big enough for him but for $20,000 he would help me. I was told he was a pasnate lawyer who believed in helping people . What I found was the opposite.

John Bryan finally contacted me back asking for my evidence in my case after so much one-sided attempts at communication from me to him. How wonderful, I thought, that an attorney would help me with what has been a personal hell in which everything from an unnecessary strip-search followed by body photography to the discovery that five out of six jurors in my case had ties up to the fourth degree and everything in-between. I know, it sounds ludicrous that so many major civil rights violations and flat-out illegal court procedures could happen in this day and age, but if you read my evidence I guarantee that you'll be right with me. Mr. Bryan can't be bothered to read my evidence as he requested it again and then went completely silent. He refuses to respond to any inquiries even if I just want him to say the words, "No, I'm not interested in your case." As per his website, it is a complete lie that if he can't help that he will help you find an attorney. Such a discussion wasn't even vaguely humored as waiting for a consultation that was promised took up my entire time. His lack of action is why Parkersburg, West Virginia is among the most corrupted cities in the US, why the police elect to not have dashboard or body cameras, why only one police officer's word can have someone convicted as long as they say they're pretty sure a crime happened, why the public defender's office helps cover crimes committed by the police, prosecutors and judges, I definitely believe. John Bryan is part of the problem, not the solution. Anyone who pretends to advocate for justice only to spend their time attacking negative reviewers on Google cannot possibly be professional. Just look at what he has had to say regarding the one-star reviews below. That, plus, I mean, the guy's a douchebag. Seriously, I think I'm gonna nominate him for Biggest Douche In the Universe.
