Only 1 because 0 is not available. They did dental work on my daughter recently. They did not numb her well and she had tremendous pain during the procedure. When she told them she was in pain they did not stop and went on for over an hour. Talked among themselves and acted as if she was not even in the room. Tears rolling down her checks did not stop them either. One filling came out just after she was done. She has had excruciating pain for almost two weeks and it continues to hurt. After seeing another dentist , the aching tooth needed a root canal. The two teeth they told her needed a root canal were not bad at all and do not require it After her future MIL told them they messed her mouth up they offered to fix the one that came out. When she called to schedule they told her they couldnt see her for over a month almost two to fix it. She was crying in pain. Had to make a trip to Med Express to get antibiotics and steroids and she has taken naproxen around the clock since the visit. The new dentist also had to shave a couple of the other fillings they put in because she could not bite down. I dont know what has happened since these wonderful reviews from 2-3 years ago came in but somebody there needs to do better. She was just a young girl with no one to make sure this did not happen. While she is old enough to go alone, she never will again. She not only suffered in their care but no one has yet to utter any resemblance of an apology to her then or now. She will never return to that place and I dont recommend any parent to leave their kids side if they do go there. Their service was nothing less than abuse in my eyes and there is no excuse for what happened to her.

Dr. Hamdan and her staff are amazing. In the past, I suffered from anxiety going to the dentist. Now I look forward to my appointments because I know I am entering a safe and friendly environment. She talks you through each step of any procedure and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this establishment for your dental needs.

I grew up not being afraid of dentists. I had a root canal done by a new dentist in my town. I was 16. He really hurt me. I later needed that tooth pulled. It took this man 2 hours to pull, push, pry the tooth out. I was in unbearable pain for over a week. I needed to have a broken tooth removed last week. I was terrified. I was so scared my blood pressure was up to 150 over 109. Mrs. Hamdan numbed me. She said she was using a tool called elevators. This took under 5 minutes. She proceeded to pull the tooth. I could not believe how easy she made this process seem. I was eating regularly the night of. I cannot begin to tell you how well she done. I am not afraid of dentists anymore. The whole environment is so great at this office. I could not recommend this place enough. Mrs. Hamdan deserves a nobel prize for her skill..
