        We have never been late or behind on a bill but they frequently turn off the water service without notice. When we call to ask why it is off/eta for when it will turn back on we are told "I don't know, I just sit at the desk" by a woman named Venus. She seemed annoyed that we would call to ask why we don't have water service or when it will be turned back on. I know you can't really choose your utility service provider but this company does not care about their customers and I do not recommend them at all.
