Rick and his team were absolutely fantastic to deal with. I had a collision with a deer and my car looks brand new now. If I have the need for these services again I wouldnt hesitate to use ricks collision again.

Unprofessional, expensive and timely. I had a vehicle towed to this place because it had the earliest availability per the insurance company. They gave me a long estimate for the repair then exceeded it - it took twice as long. When it was finally ready they called and wanted it picked up immediately but I was out of town working. They gave conflicting stories about how and when it could be picked up and I ended up losing a set of keys in the chaos. If you want to wait months for your vehicle then a run around about when it will be available and how you can pick it up go here.
