From Phil who walked me through the process and answered all my questions to Brendan who oversaw the install process and to the crew who did the labor - I couldn't be happier! I went with a grid tied system which financially made the most sense at the moment. It was a no brainer, either pay ~$100/month to the electric company or pay ~$100/month financing this project and mine the Sun!

I wanted to take time (apologies in advance for the length) and send a review about my recent experience with Solar Holler. My experience with Solar Holler started with a simple reference from a friend and a request online for an evaluation, I believe my first communication was with Abby Foster. Cody Lynch guided me through the process post zoom conference. To say I changed my mind 15 times is probably conservative. Cody stayed patient and answered EVERY one of my questions AND without question sent me each new examples I requestedthis included numerous ground mounts and numerous roof mounts. After this site evaluation I linked up with Karla, and lets just say she was amazing. Karla organized everything from that point, she CLEARLY communicated when install/electrical/inspections would occur. Karla also assisted in navigating the multiple obstacles we encountered which is typical in any project, she didnt complain and wasnt negative but simply provided solutions to problems when the arose. The installers came in and out without a hitch, I dont believe we ever spoke, they were clean and efficientand didnt miss one stud (hopefully) The electricians Chris/Chris/Tyler were amazing. Yes I had some issues from a prior do it yourself project that caused inspection issues. These folks made numerous trips to my home they were clean, they handled obstacles with a positive outlook, and they handled it all with professionalism. My experience with Solar Holler was a 10/10, every person in your organization assisted in seeing my project though as it was described in a timely manner. In some instances that we had issues I simply wanted your employees to note they screwed up and move on, but EVERY time something came up they not only said my bad they also FIXED my concern. My hope is that others around will latch on to the idea of Solar before the KU rate case ends net metering in our area. Keep on mining the sun, and keep on smiling you all are doing GREAT work!
