Over expensive, staff with a nose-up attitude, the food was only fair with a few flashes of greatness but not enough to impress.

We had an excellent lunch. My wife, and two daughters. Very enjoyable. We all tried various dishes. The pizza, salads, appetizers and gumbo were fresh and had a great taste. Would highly recommend. Also. Mary Lowe the owner, is a great hostess and our waiter was very accommadating.

We went to the YBB for Valentine's Day dinner and to celebrate our 33rd anniversary. I mentioned both reasons when I made reservations and later when I confirmed. At no time were we welcomed with any reference to my expressed reasons.
The food was another matter. My partner ordered filet mignon and I, the salmon. I inquired about whether the salmon was wild caught or not. I was assured that it was wild caught. Well, I know salmon and this was no JFK! The filet of beef was chewy and somewhat tough. We got a free dessert because of that.
Generally, the place is okay, but we won't return. The waitress was a novice who did not inspire confidence that she knew about food or drink.
They try, but I regret to say that they don't measure up. On such a day, it should have been hopping. It wasn't. Which provided every reason for the managers to come by to greet us and the other few tables. She only greeted friends! Customers notice these things!!! Finally,the pianist was a good touch---without his music, the place would have felt like a tomb.
PS: The men's room needed desperate attention.
