Shepherdstown Plumbing & Heating

We are new to Shepherdstown. We called Shepherdstown Plumbing after seeing that I has many great reviews on the Shepherdstown Community Facebook group. They were able to come out to our house the same day that we called and very quickly got to the bottom of what was suddenly causing water to pool under our basement floor. They fixed the problem right away and for a very reasonable price. There’s a reason so many locals recommend them so highly. We are now one of them! Service: Leak investigation and repair

Gets one star because work seemed reasonably competent. However, quoted me $95/hr on the phone and then, when it came time to pay, said that was $95/hr EACH for him and his assistant. Then made me drive to the bank to get him cash instead of letting me pay by check or credit card. When I called 2-3 x to ask if they had accidentally taken my tape measure (given to me by a dear mentor), they would never call back. They saw someone having a rough deal with their house - I was slowly rebuilding after snow damaged the roof and termites had damaged the frame - and decided to get what they could.

We have been using Shepherdstown plumbing for almost 20 years. They are always prompt, helpful, do a good job and a good value.
