Go to this place if I have to. Have encountered a few helpful associates but usually get ignored, or some say they'll be right back and never actually come back. Once was hassled and had to bend over backwards to exchange a pair of work pants I was given as a gift. Just needed a different size. The customer service person rolled her eyes when I asked why it was such a huge deal to exchange a gift for a different size. I asked for the manager and when she came up she acted incredibly inconvenienced and offered no help. (I work retail and was actively being polite and apologetic for being so insistent, but needed the work pants) I ended up having to spend an hour tracking a loyalty card attached to the purchase. This is the most common type of "service" at this store. This place has had potential to turn around for years but just gets worse and more dilapidated as time goes by.
