D & D Plumbing Inc

I've used D&D for my home and business for years. I will no longer use them or refer business to them.  I was without water and called in to see if they could come check my pressure switch.  She went over that it's $90 instead of $60 plus labor.Once the guy got here it turned out since it was a no water call it would be a minimum of $350.  I didn't have any plans for them to do work on the actual well, I didn't need the "no water truck" and did not ask for it. So that was absolutely ridiculous.  He checked the pressure switch and left and I paid $397, he wasn't even here 10 minutes.I called and asked for a partial refund and as usual it took me calling and following up to get no where. Elizabeth was supposed to call me back on Tuesday with an update and I heard nothing. I am not chasing them down as that seems to always be the case. They say they will get back in touch and 4 days later you have to follow up AGAIN.Hard to believe a company as old as they are can't get it together.   I finally got a well drilling company out here on Monday, they were here for 6 hours and their total labor charge was only $600 vs $400 for 10 minutes of nothing.  Really a poor way to treat your long time customers. What a rip off.

We love D and D Plumbing. They are very reliable and do great work! The employees are friendly and down-to-Earth. We look forward to our next plumbing problem because we will get to have a visit with D and D Plumbing.

No issues, had a leak because of a frozen pipe.

They are overbooked. The charge a lot, always send at least 2 young men who both have to be paid. Fixed tub 3 times. Wasn't fixed each time. Had to pay full price again. They don't take responsibility for poor quality work. Plumbed my house all pipes broke. Nice owner. Poor work. High prices Service: Plumbing pipe repair
