Life Guard Medical Supply

One star because there isn't a negative star. Very disappointed with whole experience. Looking through insurance company for return policy so they don't have to pay for this massive hunk of usless metal. Not the light weight travel model for shopping that was requested. To big and heavy to use on house or travel. Went first two months with out hearing a word from company that they were having paper work issue. Then after that went through they called. Just showed up for measurements no call.. Then vague when we have time delivery date.. Deliver person just left if in front of couch .no unpacking. No checking to see if Dad could even use it.. Was in hurry.. I highly recommend checking other possibilities first. For us.. We will never use this. Will be paying out of pocket out of area for useable wheel chair..

This place is handled very unprofessional. I highly recommend looking for a different place to get your medical supplies.
