        Had a problem with my order. Spoke with JEN Twice. She put me on hold for at least 25 minutes both times and the phone just went dead. I decided to try a 3rd time I got put through customer service. Told Them the situation, They said they would put me through to Patterson drive Pizza Hut after about 3 minutes the phone just hung up on me. Poor customer service at Patterson drive Pizza Hut. And besides that the food just had a funky smell to it couldn't even enjoy had to throw it away. The food was cinnamon sticks and stuffed crust pizza.

        Ordered delivery at 9:12pm. At 9:40, got a text message saying the food was on its way. Called the store at 10:50 because it never showed up and they were closed. My card got charged and the food never showed.
