Had a phone call with one of the agents at Keefe Duterte for a home insurance quote. The number she gave my was comparable to that of other insurance places. Her demeanor was professional and kind. She loved the house we were looking into and took great interest in what we wanted to do with the house once we got it. We ended up backing out of the house, but will definitely go back to them for any other quotes that we would need for insurance. Very rude lady refuse to give up her name I spoke on the phone with her on April 9th , 2020 at 1:30pm I mean very very rude hung the phone up on me refuse to put a manager on the phone. Very loud talking I also had her on record and I plan to take Allstate to court about not figuring out whats going on with my policy, taking money from me for things I didnt add on. I cant find the agent I first spoke with when I applied back in February. I plan to leave this company.
