        I work construction in a line truck, and can not go thru drive thru. They do not answer door to pickup online order. Asked me to go thru drive thru???? Shut down drive thru and service your customers inside first

        So the food here is great.when they arent sold out of it - but the service is HORRIBLE. The people working are not helpful, and always make you feel as though you are getting on their nerves for eating there. They also have a sign on the door that said, we have the lobby closed because we are understaffed, if you ordered online and in a rush call ahead and we will bring it to the door. When we called they said, we are too busy to bring it to the front door, come through the drive through.. If the food wasnt so dang good we wouldnt come here anymore.

        The Martinsburg Tropical smoothie is the worst one I've ever been to. They never have enough staff so their lobby is always closed. You are forced to go through the drive thru and they never have everything on the menu. Everytime I go there they don't have what I want or can't make it. Don't advertise it if you can't make it. They are never stocked. They run out of cups , silverware etc. I have tried multiple times to give this place a chance but I am fed up. I will never go to the Martinsburg one again
