Wasted two hours trying to buy three new phones. The employees on staff at the time could not tie their shoes let alone discuss the products or plans. At least three times she suggested I just call the 800 number for answers. Absolute waste of time making an appointment and going there. Also they don't honor appointment times. As there was 20 people ahead of me as walk ins. Terrible store.

was going to buy an A52 from this location. when we picked out the phone it was sat next to the computer and another worker accidently knocked it off the edge it fell out the box and hit the ground. She apologized to the worker who was getting everything ready and put it back in box. after a few minutes of waiting for them to get a new phone out for me I asked if I could get a different one that was not dropped. that is when I was told that it was the last one they had in stock. I was then handed off to another worker since the one was getting my stuff set up by was about to get off. I was then notified the system was down and they had no clue when it would be back up. Decided to go to Winchester location the next day instead.
