What can I say, We needed someone on very short notice and Chase was willing to help. We had a new build in WV, and we had heard one too many horror stories about the builder/contractors. I explained our concerns and Chase was extremely accurate and helpful during our stressful time. I had the pleasure of having Chase complete a drywall and new home inspection for me on my new home that was being built for my family. Chase was flexible which was very helpful since we lived in a different state and very punctual and professional. I could tell from his reports after the inspection that he did a very diligent job and caught many things for our builder to repair that we wouldn't have caught on our own. Chase is clearly very skilled and knowledgeable in his work and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him if you are in need of a home inspection in the area!

Chase did my home inspection earlier this month and was a pleasure to work with. When you purchase a house, you're always nervous about how the previous owners took care of it, but Chase was very thorough with the inspection & was able to answer every question I had & even give some recommendations for fixes. Having him there gave me peace of mind and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.
