New to the area and saw Dr Nolan and had Ann as my hygienist. Loved them both! Highly recommend this dentist!

OMG!! Dental fears.... what dental fears! Dr Steven-Hassard is amazing! Well, honestly they all are! Office staff, hygienists and all the Docs! Here are photos of my plates and my new smile!

Crown replacement. Scheduled for 8:30 walked to the room at 8:31. Met by Bri and Patrick. Both extremely courteous and professional. Told them they couldn't start because 51 years ago on this date and time I gave birth to my daughter. My daughter, Son-in-law, Grandson, and husband all are patients. Went back to room. Patrick explained what was going to happen. Bri was ready to go. She explained all the things that were going to occur during the procedure. She was was well aware of the needs I would have. She always told me what was going to happen and if I needed a break, just signal. I have known Patrick since he was born. He is very professional. Has a calming voice. He makes you aware of what is going to occur. I don't know how long these two have worked together but it almost seems as though they can read each others mind. Teamwork is very important. After the old filling were removed X-ray measurements were taken and sent back to be made. Bri then offered to take me back to the room were they were being made. Very fascinating. Patrick came back in to check on me. He said said I still had the room for another 45 minutes I could stay put. I agreed. Bri got a blanket for me, lowered the chair back. I think I dozed off. They both returned to complete the procedure. It was like they knew exactly what was to happen next. Great working ethic. In a matter of what seemed like a few minutes it was time to go. Was given directions for care once I got home. Would recommend not only Patrick but Bri made you feel very relaxed. Great job.

Briarwood Dental Center is outstanding! My father has medical treatments for cancer and the front office worked with him to get him seen between treatments recently. I want to thank Doctor Stephen-Hassard for the time he took to answer all questions and offered his personal recommendations for treatment with regards to my fathers medical condition and impact on his dental care and treatment in the future. His Dental Assistant, Harley, greeted us with a smile and warm personality. She was caring and professional, and made my father comfortable throughout his visit. It was nice to have them take the time and genuinely show they cared about you as a patient and not just your business. Briarwood is the best Dental Office in the area and highly recommended!!!
