I have no confidence in a service and or trust. When the 2 individuals in the van act like dancing children. Loud loud music thumping from van. White van #8. At Sheetz Washington Street, Hagerstown. 2 light haired young girls. 10:55 a. m. February 10 th. No thanks. *********** Thank you for responding. As I expected reading prior reviews, your responses are sharp and lacking any accountability. Yes, behavior on the job or in work vehicle does reflect on the company. Thus, other company's requesting policies on behaviors signed for. Loud banging music heard across the parking lot is a reflection. I wish you the best. I will not give a second thought to utilizing your business, sharpness and unprofessional behaviors. To include the wife of the owner defending company with defensive responses. I'm just one person. Wonder how many actually have gotten the same impression as me. Food for thought.

The organization I work for hired Groves Cleaning Service to do a deep cleaning of our common areas and bathrooms, in addition to stripping and shining the floors. What can I say, I was speechless at how good everything looked after they were done. They certainly exceeded my expectations. The quality of the service, communication and results were incredible. They are very professional and will do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied.
