I cant even get them to answer the telephone in pharmacy.I have tried to call two different times and have been on hold for over 20 minutes

Every time I go into the pharmacy they are always standing around talking about something completely not related to work. The last time I was there I pulled in to the drive Thur and there was 6 cars in line so I decided to go inside. Well a surprise to me there was about 10 people inside waiting at the counter to be taken care of. There was only two people working and the other 3 women were standing there talking about some girls Facebook. While the phone was ringing saying one pharmacy call for 10 mins straight. Finally one of the women came over to help check people out. My prescription was called in two hours before I came to pick it up. The women who was checking me out then told me my prescription wasnt ready. Well maybe it wouldve been ready if you all werent standing around talking about something that had nothing to do with work. It was way to busy for that, and for the woman who checked me out needs an attitude adjustment or needs fired. I wasnt the only person she got an attitude with.
