Had to hound this company for several months to either refund my money or give me my daughter's picture package. The photographer kept saying he would get my picture package for me but would then avoid my calls for several weeks. It took 4 months after picture packages were delivered for me to get my daughter's pictures, and the package was short of what I ordered but not worth the hassle to deal with this company again. If the sport or school has this company doing the pictures, I purchase my own through a different photographer.
