        I had a favorable experience with Probill working to resolve a payment issue. I, like many others, did not receive a medical bill--nor was it properly billed to my insurance company. The result was a collections on my credit report. I got wind of this nearly a year later and worked for several (4-5) months to clear up the problem. Finally got in touch with the original creditor in late August and a supervisor (Kevin) resolved this issue for me before the end of September. If you are patient and persistent and speak to the right people--you can get results.
