Amazon Customer Service Center

Amazon is trash, Can't deliver on time. No way to talk to an actual person anymore. They are just dodging everything instead of fixing any problem. Do your jobs instead of acting like your working. Stop using the worst delivery services. USPS has had delays for 8 months now. Completely unacceptable when it's medication.

They made return impossible if you are buying a big ticket item. I thought I could just take it back to an UPS store like my other orders but that wasn't an option. You can't even pay to buy a postage slip out of your pocket to send it back for a return.

Amazon has poor customer service.A rep hung up the phone on me.I asked how come I was charged twice for a order using my gift card.a invoice was made on a item on the 21st,when I placed my order on the 19th.They made another invoice dated the 19th but took my money the second time at night on the 21st. People big companies like this will try to get your last penny .

I called concerning why am I paying for Amazon Music Unlimited if Amazon Music comes with Prime. The customer service rep kept going in a circle about Amazon Music and Prime Music! They are literally the same! Amazon Music and Prime Music is a shuffle mode, and you can't create a playlist or pick the song that you want to hear! If you want to create a Playlist or pick a song, you have to pay approximately $10/month when you're already paying $139! Customer service reps need to have some kind of personality as well instead of just sitting on the phone. I love Amazon and order a lot, but they can do better.
