Bought an Active 2 watch. It will take me time to learn how to use it but so far I am pleased with it.

Very disappointed in the in store service at the Barboursville location. We went in to switch to Sprint and immediately our quality on our phones was poor. We were told a tower was out and give it the weekend so we did. Still no better after the tower was fixed. We also “traded” in our iPhones for new iPhones but have not been reimbursed for them yet (its been 3 months). We switched back to ATT and this deal with Sprint cost us over $500 and three iPhones. Stay away. I waited for over 3 months to solve the issue and write a review but we have been blown off as we were in the store. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with an business. Very disappointed.

READ BEFORE GETTING SPRINT IN HUNTINGTON, there are two locations. This is in regard to the smaller sprint downtown, that is, in the words of the larger sprint "not an actual Sprint store and not affiliated with our sprint", even though they both say sprint on the building. The smaller store doesn't even have an option to leave a Google review so I'm leaving it here, because in my eyes, they are both Sprints. I went to the smaller one because it was closer to my house and I didn't realize they were different. When I began having issues with my bills (being charged for out of country calls I wasn't making, and being charged for app games that I was not downloading and we're not on my phone, when they charged me) my bill was supposed to be unlimited, no contract, for $45 a month. After 3 months of being charged upwards of $90, I canceled my plan and went back to Verizon. I paid my last bill and asked them if that was the last time I would receive a bill from Sprint. They confirmed yes. Today I received a bill for $80 for the months of March and April. I called them to ask why I was still receiving bills and they said they didn't know. The first person hung up on me after waiting 30 mins on hold to get on the phone with him. The second person was nice but also didn't know why I was being charged so I got directed to a third person who ALSO had no idea why I was being charged. Eventually, after 1.5 hours of being on the phone, they said that my bill was for an early cancellation to my contract. The lady on the phone said "this is unusual as you have a no contract plan". She then asked me where I purchased my phone….. I said "I purchased my phone at Best But, but why would that matter?" She said, "do you have the receipt from Best Buy to prove you bought it there?". At this point I got very tired of being on the phone and having to deal with 3 different people I asked her why they needed it? She said, "I need to verify that you didn't buy it from us and aren't being charged for buying a phone with Sprint." So I told her, "If I had bought a phone and been making on the payments on the phone that I "supposedly" bought from Sprint, wouldn't it show up on my monthly payments?" She agreed with me and FINALLY removed all charges from my name. My advice to anyone looking to get service from Sprint, don't. Go to Verizon. Never had a problem with them and only switched because Sprint "said" they were $30 cheaper every month but ended up being much more than the $75 a month I was paying at Verizon. And I apologize to the people that work at this sprint and are thinking "well we didn't do this". Please send this up to corporate and make sure that buildings with the Sprint name on the front reflect the plans and actions of the real sprint.
