Found my laundry room flooded as my 10 year old propane hot water tank decided to leak. Called a 24X7 plumbing service ( with good reviews) a few times that evening/night with no response. Since I knew Jim, the owner of Aire Serve in Martinsburg, I contacted him and he send two guys, Herbie and Josh, to take a look the next day. Both men were knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional providing great customer service. Realizing we had our four small grandchildren spending a few nights with no hot water, Jim located a new tank quickly and got us scheduled the next morning for install. Herbie and Josh completed the install with no issues. Technicians were great and we liked the level of communication Aire Serve provided: Text w/ picture of technician so we knew who was showing up each day, emails with warranty and information for our records, and a phone call once completed. We would use Air Serve of Martinsburg again.
