Horrible, horrible, horrible! I met with the representative of Andy Boyds In Home Medical at Thomas Hospital on Nov 29 around noon. They were set to deliver a bed, lift, and oxygen in order for us to bring my Mom home. At 4 pm we called about the status. We were told they would be there around 5:30 pm OR call if they were later. At 5:40 we had not heard from them. We called the business phone, said they were closed. Called the representative numerous times, left voicemail/no return calls. So, due to lack of communication and unprofessionalism, my Mom will be billed another nights stay in the hospital. We will seek a reputable company to do business with.

The staff is great and friendly, they work with you and are so helpful and understanding. I get my oxygen, c-pap, and my trilogy machine from them. The staff that worked with me was amazing and I recommend them to anyone.
