        Five stars for auto insurance, but zero for commercial property insurance. Ive spoken in person to the commercial agent and several times when I called on the phone. He always seems helpful and knowledgeable when speaking to him but NEVER gets back to me by either phone or email. The auto insurance agent is excellent and has saved me money on my policy and communicates well.
