        I was looking for an accessory for my vehicle, and Elkins Fordland was the only dealership that had it in stock. I was going to be camping in the area, and they held the part until I could pick it up. I didn't have my vehicle information with me, so they let me call back with the information. Unfortunately, I forgot to call when we returned home. However, PJ called me with a gentle reminder - not irritated or irate, just a polite, respectful reminder. I really appreciate the patience and genuine care the parts department showed for an unknown customer. Thank you!
