      image In the Elkins area for the summer, 500 miles from home and my usual Oticon rep. My left hearing aid decided to fail, but the HearingLife office in Elkins resolved the problem very quickly by replacing the speaker. Quick resolution to what had been a frustrating problem. My bad, I didnt get the name of the specialist that I saw. But heres a big thank you.
