We arrived a little after 11pm. I called beforehand to make sure there was a room available. I was told yes it was and because it was after 11 there would be a 10% discount and l was quoted $110.00. When l got there 10 minutes later the room was to be $120.00 plus tax. I told Katie the person helping me that l was told there was a discount She said that is with the discount. She wouldn't take my AAA card. I pulled up the website where it said it was $90. She said it was the online price and l would have to do it online. She actually stood there and watched me do it. Great customer service Katie. My companion and l went to breakfast at 8:30 because we were told breakfast was served until 9:30. We were to late. There were eggs that looked green. The gravy was watered down so bad there was no taste. There was no toast only 2 hard biscuits. I did see brown bananas and yogurt. I dont care for that. There was cereal but no milk. There were no potatoes either. At 9:10 they were pulling everything and putting lids over to cover the water. They even saw me taking pictures of the empty pans and did nothing. One girl was standing at the door not letting anyone in at 9:15 as we were leaving. I think if you're not going to serve breakfast until 9:30 change the time. The last person deserves the same food and service as the first person.
