KV Jewelry and Loan - Cross Lanes

This pawn shop so run down these days . you pay too much for junk or the same price as brand new . As I believe pawn shops are slowly disappearing mainly because of how they decide to handle things . Sorry but not worth the time. Cant tell you how many items didn't last a day from the cross lanes or Dunbar location (I hear KV could be going out of business) go to Wills lol

Walked in guy behind the counter trying way to hard pushing for a sale. Couldnt shop or discuss with spouse he was literally breathing down my neck every step we took. Trying to push jewelry and tools the way we was followed was very inconsiderate even after us saying can we get a minute? Nope not in there

I purchased a diamond ring from here and put it on layaway. After I got the ring out. I then took the ring to two different jewelers and was told it was not a real diamond in the setting. I was later told that one of the employees that work there was taking out the real diamonds in rings and replacing them with fake settings and he was fired. I was told this by an employee that worked there him self. What can be done about this. This is frauds and illegal.
