AVOID!! If you're wanting to be protected against potential future accidents and have that process go smoothly then go to any other agency because you will not have that peace of mind here. I have had insurance with them for years never have had to file a claim until recently and it was a simple claim for a washer. The worst experience ever with an insurance agency. Recently obtained renters insurance during transitioning between homes, also have auto insurance and home owners through them. Had to file a claim for a damaged washer and received zero help. Have called multiple times and still no help. Luckily it was only washer but I will be cancelling all services this week.

This agent is not for the disabled. If you need someone professional to deal with you, this is not your agent. If youre looking for a professional service, this is not your person. Very rude. Hung up on me while Im trying to get a homeowners insurance policy. Since I currently have my insurance policy with them.

I called Steve Robinson-GEICO Insurance Agent for a simple quote. The guy wanted Name, address & email, no problem. I objected when he wanted my SSN. He hung up on me! My next call was a Progressive agent who asked for the basics & my VIN/DL numbers, which I happily gave. In this society of rampant identity theft & fraud, giving out one's SSN to a stranger, stamps a huge S for Stupid on one's forehead. Insurance companies can get everything they need with your VIN & DL, except your credit score. THAT'S why they want your SSN. Potentially saving 15% is definitely not worth the massive problems related to identity theft! GEICO should rethink their policy on info gathering for a simple quote. GEICO lost any chance of this new client & you can thank the rude guy at Steve Robinson-GEICO Insurance Agent who hung up on me today. 2 thumbs WAAAAY DOWN
