Superior Bloom did a replacement bouquet for me and it is gorgeous, AND they were incredibly friendly! â¤ï¸ Highly recommend.

My mother received a poinsettia flower. Sadly, such an icon flower was delivered very dry, wilted, curled, drooping, and unpleasant-looking. I watered the plants twice with 4-8 oz within 24 hrs. Yet, the soil remained dry, and many leaves were still curled or drooping.

The effort needed to make this a beautiful and welcoming gift would have taken minutes to remove all the dead leaves filling the bottom of the pot and watering the day before and the morning of delivery to promote a healthy plant. There is no logic as to why exceptional customer care and quality product was not put into this delivery. Not to mention the plain, torn white piece of paper used instead of an actual gift card or quality paper. The motto "This Handcrafted Bouquet is Designed Especially for you" involved no personal touch and lacked care of the plant and presentation. This is very disheartening to know this was the service and product provided.
