My experience with the manager at this store was of a nature other than friendly from the moment I walked into the store to the moment that she refused to tell me her name so that I could document my complaint. Would have rather walked away from a transaction as opposed to enter a coupon code. This is why I will continue to shop online only. Thank goodness for free shipping.
