CVS Pharmacy

Wow! After writing a critical review yesterday regarding waiting 35 minutes for a scheduled appointment for covid and flu injections. I left without the shots. This morning I received a voicemail from the Pharmacist apologizing for yesterday and to please call and promised availability at my earliest convenience. Surprised, never having a response from a review! I called and spoke to him, set a time and told me he would come out to my car to save me the walk in the cold! NOW this is my favorite pharmacy

I have been a customer of this pharmacy since it was built. Each pharmacist has gone above and beyond. My daughter and I both have to be on assorted prescriptions and John is always helpful. It feels like Im going to a small town pharmacy because they know me and greet me.

The pharmacist and other pharmacy staff are outstanding! I had left my med at home in VA and needed some help in getting a refill. The pharmacist, John, went at the situation, worked through it, and was able to help me out. The attention and support was very much appreciated.

My main issue with this particular store are their hours. I dont understand why a major pharmacy is closed on Mondays. And close at 5 on weekends. Makes no sense.
