Horrible buying experience. Would not recommend them. After you sign the contract the challenge of getting Dan Ryan to uphold there end begins. Easily over 100 hrs spent following up to get issues completed or repaired with the home. Their employees lack knowledge and professionalism. A lot of overturn left us dealing with multiple people. All were inexperienced. Their home warranty is worthless and they will delay and ignore issues to get out past the 1 year time period. Speak to anyone that has bought a dan Ryan home and theyll tell you its their last dan Ryan purchase.
