Drove 2 hours to see my sister after she had her baby and the nurse inside wouldn't let me in because I didnt know a "secret code". I called my sister directly to ask if she knew about a secret code and she said she didnt know anything about a code and sent her significant other to come get me. Once he was outside those doors with me they wouldnt let him in either until he explained to them on that phone that I am indeed the sister, apparently the nurse said "who is that girl with you?" Once he had picked up the phone. She finally let us in and when I asked why she made me wait 35 minutes and my sister to getting involved she just said that its policy they don't let anyone under the age of 12 inside. I'm 21 and she never asked me my age.

Waited here for 5 hours with my 5 year old before we were even given a room and then it was just a tiny waiting room… she had an elevated heart rate and coughing so hard she was puking

Inept MEDICAL STAFF,POOR MANAGEMENT, INEVITABLY SHUTDOWN was COMING.AND IT DID.This Might have Been the WORST HOSPITAL in AMERICA.

it was the most worst decision of my life staying at the hospital, and I will never come back to it again. I will go miles out of my way to seek help for my health.
