Order from Baltimore had a great experience sent some beautiful flowers to my aunt in Bluefield, WV, it was delivered on time and she loved them,(florist) she even went the extra mile and took pictures of the bouquet so I could pick what I like will be using them again each year moving forward

I was very disappointed with my order. I wanted to support local business and heard they were the best. However, me experience there was not what I expected. This arrangement came in standard, deluxe, and premium. I paid over $100 for a premium bouquet, and what was delivered was a few flowers. It didn't even look half as good as the "standard" bouquet. I posted the picture of what I paid for but they won't show it. I would have been better off going to Wal Mart. Very, very disappointing. And when I requested a refund, I was told that some missing flowers could be added, or I had to return the few flowers that were delivered in order to get my refund. I would NOT recommend this business at all. Save your money. (The person who these were delivered to is a retired florist, and she said I definitely did NOT get what I paid for.)

This florist company is the best. Ordered a Valentine arrangement that was not exactly what I ordered. However, the next day they made it to look exactly like the picture on their website and delivered it again. Great customer service! Out of state customer very pleased! I would not hesitate to order from here again!
