    Nice staff but hotel was dated. The hotel is changing to a Best Western Plus soon.

    I'll start by saying the place was quiet and the bed was comfortable. My vehicle didn't get broken into. They had an okay breakfast set up. That's the only positives about this place. We stayed here 5/31. The big guy with the glasses/goatee checked us in. Although he had a smug attitude, check In was smooth. We get to the room the cable doesn't work. The internet is in and out. We call. The staff (same guy) gives me tutorial on how to fix it. Nope didnt work. We call again. So he comes up to ",fix" it. Of course he cant, says cable is out because they are switching cable companies or the hotel is changing to best Western at midnight. Not exactly sure what the excuse was but it sounded crazy. And, this guy said "they just started working on it" but then in the same conversation said they've been "working on it all day." Regardless, isn't that something you tell us at check in? We ask for a different room and we're basically denied a room. Guy says the hotel was fully booked. So you're telling me although the hotel is fully booked every single person that booked a room is there already, pre assigned their room and they know that pre assigned room number? I garantee that's a lie. We asked for a discount off our rate. He said "sure ask in the morning." Ummmm, Why can't they just adjust the rate right now? I was skeptical. And I was correct. They would not adjust the rate in the morning since i pre paid on expedia. No signs of any type of construction or service going on at the place either. Additionally, in my opinion, I think the room we were given hadn't been booked in quite a while. There was dust every. Dead bugs on the floor. I'd never go back here. If I really cared about the TV I would have just packed up and left n got my money back. But just know, this particular employee... all bad. Compulsive liar. Idk if he's the manager or what but dude needs to be fired! Denied us a room, didn't communicate significant info, story kept changing, lied about the discount and knew it.Again, owner, FIRE THIS EMPLOYEE.

    We checked into this hotel around 9:00pm. There was no parking in their lot, but the staff on duty said we could park at the neighboring restaurant. These spots were just as convenient so this wasnt a big problem The staff was very friendly and welcoming and quickly got us checked in. Unfortunately, within 15 min of getting to our room we discovered the heat wasnt working and it was to get into the 30s overnight. There were no other rooms available so we had to go to another Marriott which thankfully was right next door This hotel is older and in my opinion does not meet the standards I expect from a Marriott.

    The room had been remodeled but not necessarily set up back up completely. Hangers were all on the floor in the closet. The shower didn't work properly so only half the water pressure. The reading lights over the bed didn't work. Rooms : 3/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 More

This hotel is older and in my opinion does not meet the standards I expect from a Marriott.
