I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They were great to work with and did everything they could to help us out.

They have "provided" my wife with oxygen for the last 14 months or so and they've only showed up twice to deliver oxygen. The first time, they brought a concentrator and a few tanks. The second time, we called them four weeks in a row asking for more oxygen. Every week they said they were coming and did not until the fourth week. They brought 2 small tanks that of course did not last through the week. The did bring us a discharge tank once at the hospital when my wife went to the ER for an asthma attack. That was after I called their after-hours emergency number and was rudely condescended to by their call center representative. We're leaving town for a week soon and my wife has called them twice in two weeks to get O2 for the trip. I just called again to hear excuses of why they haven't shown up because they never call us to say "sorry but we're not going to get there today because [insert excuse]." We have one business day left before we leave and the lady said she would "try" to get us oxygen in time. I asked for assurance that they would actually bring it in time to travel and all she would tell me is that she has us "wrote" down. They also have never come out to service our concentrator.

Portable oxygen ran out due to faulty regulation valve. Called and told them on Fri and was told they'd be here on Monday. Called Monday and told them all my tanks were empty and they never showed up. Called Tues and was told they were not going to deliver to me until Wednesday. I explained that I was out and had dr appointments i needed to get to, didn't matter very rude ,terrible customer service. It's not mine or anyone else's fault that they only have one driver for the routes.. Stay Away From This Company
