Drive thru is awful. This is the second time I have been completely ignored. I dont know if they are understaffed or I am unaware of a policy procedure. The light was on and I did push the button for service both times. I thought maybe they were busy so I didn't push it again until I had sat there for 20 minutes. The teller looked right at me so it wasn't like they didn't know I was there. The first time it was 3 lanes and both lanes had two sets of people go thru before they even acknowledged me. The second time I went thru I pushed the button for a deposit slip. 10 minutes and 3 cars later still nothing so I left and tried the online app to deposit my check.

Excellence in customer service! The staff is very helpful and provides anyone with a pleasant experience. Great for quick visits and very informative to anyone having questions or concerns. No public restrooms are available. Plenty of parking spaces around the building.
