White chapel cemetery of barboursville wva, has been my family’s go to for being buried. I recently lost my daughter back in November 2020. It was and still the hardest thing on me. A huge shout to Kimberly Hammonds for being there for me with kind words helping me cope with the lost of my daughter. I called there one day with concerns with my daughters fresh grave Kimberly told me I don’t need to worry She will get everything taken care of. She is true with her words and she did just that. Kimberly Hammonds is amazing worker and I appreciate her more then she will ever know. I’m one very happy customer when I get to speak to her. Thank you Kimberly!!!!

I ordered a stone for my plot last summer and I still don’t have confirmation that it has been installed. It is almost Christmas! It should not take this long. It is now January and I am still waiting. I was told it should be installed before Christmas. Stone and plaque installed. However, vase still missing. Still waiting for final work. 01/14/21 01/21/21. Finally everything was installed this week and all looks good. I updated to 2 stars instead of one due to the length of time it took to install.

After being ignored many times, I am unable to get to my parents grave due to mud. It is causing the stone to sink! I am told they will take care of it and I will be called. After years of waiting for that call, other actions must be taken. I would never recommend this place! I fe my parents final resting place has been disrepected and neglected.

Kimberly Hammonds Employeed at Barboursville wva location of white chapel cemetery. She has helped my family out so much with straightening out our grave sites, to making sure my sister that passed away back in November 2020 Had her grave site Fixed into a proper way, she even had it fixed where she was able to place down a temporary marker On my sister grave until our family can get the permanent marker down for the grave. Kimberly Definitely goes beyond and above for her customers. You can say she definitely loves what she does. I’m sure her job is not no cake walk and very stressful. She does it with so much compassion and a big smile on her face you’d never know if she was having a bad day at work. Thank you Kimberly for being so good to our family!!! :)
