I called to ask about location; seemed very tight and truck unfriendly on google maps.So I asked is there anything I need to know about location, approach to the company, directions...
Samantha told me it is ok, easy to navigate.
Young dudes, forklift drivers are like from some bizarre psychodelic movie, rude, very unhelpful.
They didn't want to say I need to back up in to the company, just waived me to come.
Didn't say they finished loading.
Didn't say that if you choose right turn after exiting the company, you will end up in front of low clearance bridge.
Samantha also "forgot" to mention that.
