I removed my daughter as a patient from the clinic in Baker after her care provider, Elizabeth Hott ignored many phone calls for several days from myself and our pharmacy, attempting to ask a very important question concerning her medication. There is no excuse for that level of irresponsibility from a medical professional.

I called to schedule a standard physical, I was denied an appointment because I wouldn't make their facility my primary care doctor. A bit authoritarian if you ask me and a denial of medical services which I believe is illegal. I wouldn't recommend if you already have a PCP. Typically, your results are forwarded to your PCP but that's not an option here.

Got a prescription? Great! They have an in-house pharmacy! Same day service? Maybe. They are unable to send/fax your prescription in a timely manner and so, if you are out of that particular medication, you may be waiting a day or over the weekend because it’s not possible to walk a prescription the 30 feet across the waiting area.

I hate to write such a bad review but I believe the people at the front desk are the face and first impression of any facility. I have never had an issue with my providers or the downstairs reception but my very first impression of the upstairs receptionists wasn't good at all. Since then my experience has been unremarkable at the front desk until my last visit. The same miserable lady from my first encounter was once again there to speak to me in a condescending manner and respond to a friendly question very negative and offensively. It is a shame because my friendly comment was only made in hope that maybe this lady will stop being so abrasive when I just come to see a doctor. While in the waiting room I observed this woman 1. Not wearing a mask at all. 2. Wearing her mask improperly (full nose out) while dealing with patients. And Also 3. Not being corrected by other staff. With your average upstairs patient being in the high-risk category I would surely expect your standards be higher than that of the local McDonalds. I did not go out of my way to complain about this but did speak to a manager the following day as a follow-up for canceling my appointments. I stand by my 1 star review, although the people on the other side of that office are great, I won't make it past the disrespect and health risk at the front door.
