I visited this store today at 1 p.m. I LOVE THE FOOD HERE! If customer service isn't important to you, then this is your place. However, if I am going to spend a little above the going rate for lunch, and I am coming inside to sit down, I expect to experience "some" customer service. Instead as I stood at the counter, I was ignored. I mean full on, no-one looked up, no-one said hello, no-one stopped chatting amongst the three of them, IGNORED. So naturally I thought I was being punked. I was nicely dressed, not dressed like a bag lady or anything. Nope...just when I thought..."I am leaving", the lady looked up and indignantly asked what I needed. Yup, bad customer service. Then when I went over to the counter to use the self serve drink bar, and needed ice. I had to go back and ask for ice...yup ignored AGAIN. So I ate and left. I will go back...cause call me crazy I LOVE THE FOOD. But I will go on the days that bad service wont make me want to leave a review.
