        I realize that these are not professional photographers taking these pictures but take a little pride. My sons eyes are closed!!! $40 down the drain again cause these people just care about getting bulk pictures out!!! Do better!!!!

        I never get my kids digital school image, not even in my spam/junk. Try and make contact and rarely get a response or a call answered. Literally every year. Terrible service.

      We guarantee our pictures: if you don’t like them we can always do retakes or feel free to bring them to studio for retakes.

      Sorry you feel this way we are open and have two secretaries that answer the calls 8-4:30 Monday thru Friday-also email [email protected] - since you are stating this is an every year problem we probably have the wrong email on file for your student- we are usually able to resolve issues like these within two minutes on the phone.Please provide further information to me at [email protected] and I will resolve your issue to your satisfaction-
