Was terrible when it was Freedom and is worse under new owners. Almost every month they forget to ship supplies until I call and nag...no joke 10 out of the last 12 months.

I'd like to commend the Francisco one of the customer service representatives I've dealt with for for the last year. He's very professional, and understanding when serving the public. Unfortunately, Freedom relies largely on gov't programs such as Medicare, and thus are required to follow very stringent regulations, to receive reimbursed for their medical equipment or supplies sold to their customers. I observed and exchange today from a customer who was dissatisfied because he was unable to purchase supplies in advance on a planned holiday weekend. The customer was unaware of was that if a federal auditor had noted a sale being made prior to the required time frame, is that either Freedom or the purchaser could be held responsible for the full price of the product sold. These regulations are in place due to the larger number businesses who attempt to defraud these vital programs
