The carpet cleaner was on time, polite and professional. He got stains out of 25 yr old Berber carpet. Our puppy had used it as a potty box. The whole house smelled cleaner. The bill was less than I expected .

We have three dogs in our home, out entire house is tile flooring and two of the dogs had incontinence issues for a while. Norm came in and cleaned the tile, the grout and sealed it. I can't tell you the last time I smelled my house without the lingering odor of dog pee. He did one heck of a great job and was reasonable about his prices. I would absolutely recommend him to any and all who needs there tile floors cleaned and resealed. Thanks Norm I'll give you a call whenever we need tile or rugs cleaned again.
